Add PostFormatter to your bookmarks bar. Select text on any page, click the bookmark, and your text lands in the editor instantly.

Step 1 — Install the bookmarklet

Option A — Drag to bookmarks bar

Option B — Firefox (right-click method)

1. Show the bookmarks toolbar: press Ctrl+Shift+B

2. Right-click the blue button above

3. Choose "Bookmark This Link" → save to Bookmarks Toolbar

Firefox blocks drag-and-drop of javascript: links — always use right-click.

Option C — Manual (works everywhere)

  1. Click Copy code below
  2. Open Bookmarks Manager → create a new bookmark
  3. Name it PostFormatter, paste into the URL field

Open LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, or anywhere. Find the text you want to format.

Select text, click bookmark

Select the text you want to format, then click PostFormatter in your bookmarks bar. Your text appears in the editor instantly.
